Sunday, December 27, 2020 - This is still a very dark purple/black. Mildly aromatic with lots of oak and bramble fruit. Bordeaux-sized and oaky on the palate with some black fruits and somewhat astringent tannin. The most interesting feature is the incredibly salty finish. The salinity just goes on and on. This is mineral and umami driven. Solid showing. 89
