Thursday, September 21, 2017 - Inky dark purple red with green pepper nose. Dry, full body and fruit, green pepper and tobacco with a strong acid focus. Drinking well now with a good balance on the fruit forward spectrum and should last forever. The second night was the best, on the third night the acid had over shadowed the fruit and the balance was lost.
