Sunday, December 16, 2018 - Approximately 33 months after the prior: Bright, spicy, and nicely integrated upon opening. Savory, with a pleasant touch of earth. Might well have guessed Burgundy tasted blind. Very enjoyable over four nights, and showing well to the end.
