Tuesday, January 31, 2017 - Steely pale green; pretty white and green flowers, softer prettier nose than expected from a GG in a firm acid vintage, soft green fruit, white rock and mineral, some candied lime; much firmer on the palate, sweeter citrus and peach, mineral and taut acid keep this more rigid than nose suggests, sour yellow and green fruit, slightly bitter mineral finish; a very serious GG; good.
