Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - Bright butterscotch, key lime, and grapefruit scents. Elegant, crisp, lively mineral and citrus-driven flavors concealing a hint of brioche. Ample concentration and poise with longevity to spare. An outstanding foil to the caviar tasting menu we enjoyed at Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam.
