Saturday, April 23, 2022 - A flinty, chalky, and floral nose along with asian pear, lemon curd, and jasmine. Mid weighted and chiseled, yet graceful on the palate with a terrific sense of harmony. This has a intensity without weight. Power and grace. It's mouthwateringly fresh and finely detailed with subtle, deftly done wood spice on the back end. Drinking at peak with time in hand. Effortlessly beautiful.
