Thursday, November 2, 2023 - My first Fontalloro. Decanted for 30+ but needed a lot more. However, show must go on when serving with dinner. Still evolving, tannins still quite powerful. Deep rich dark fruit core asserts itself in the glass. Needs more time or a longer decant.
