Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Must decant due to sediment and needs air. Opened beautifully over the 90 minute plus decant and in glass. Dark fruits, cassis and pencil shavings, with light baking spices on the finish. Medium tannins that could still age a little longer. 30 second plus finish
