Friday, January 21, 2011 - Drank at home by the fire with hard cheese and nuts. At first blush, straight out of the bottle it had an attractive nose and perhaps was a little harsh for the first few sips though still tasty. However, either it or I mellowed over the evening and it was quite delicious.
