Friday, October 30, 2015 - A decent bubbly with nutty and bready aromas. It is almost a bubbly version of a dry sherry. Some fruity flavors in the finish. Not a lot of bubbles but nice and fresh. I had tasted the half full bottle after having spent some days in the fridge. It even has unexpectedly developed more hence 3 points up.
