Saturday, February 23, 2013 - Massive structure built for the long haul. Drying tannins make it hard to drink much now, but delicious fruit (not a fruit bomb), cedar, tobacco and other aroma's and tastes give complexity. Can just imagine this being fantastic in 10-20 years.
