Saturday, January 25, 2020 - Stylish, subtle bouquet of dark fruit preserve, roasted bell pepper, vanilla, undergrowth. First night a bit thin, better with food and time. Second night medium-bodied, fresh and minty, sweet, spicy, smooth, relatively long. A very enjoyable, low key yet still intellectual, subtle Bordeaux. Very perfumed. Would say still early in the drinking window with some improvement potential, as the last glass was the best.
