Monday, August 15, 2011 - Decanted for 8 hours. WOW! Clearly very, very young, but very, very good. Wet slate and graphite on the nose. Dark, dark, dark in the glass, with tremendously dense, concentrated dark fruit, chocolate and a slight smokiness. Iron fist in a velvet glove, this one. The finish goes on and on and on. IF I had more of this, I wouldn't touch it for 10 years, although I'd be sorely tempted.
