Thursday, February 16, 2023 - OM, this wine has aged beautifully! Nice red color, medium body, great fruit, very little alcohol and a smooth finish! I wasn't expecting much from this NV wine, but it blew me away! I have 4 btls left! I was very careful with the cork because some of Peter' corks have been crumbling. The cork came out whole and the wine stain was up the side about 3/16". Sorry, I didn't write down detailed taste notes because I had to enjoy it! Drank over 3 days and the wine was just as good as the first day!
