Thursday, March 22, 2018 - Pop and pour from a magnum. More of a serious wine than I was expecting. Chalky blackfruit, graphite, cassis, and earth. It almost has a roasted element to it with still high enough acid to keep it fresh. Needs 2-3 more years but for the most part it’s there now.
