Saturday, September 18, 2021 - Pop n pour shortly before dinner, with the remainder poured into wide body decanted. Very tight at first, then after an hour or so of air the colour deepened with a palate of intricate coiled cherry and red fruit and some stewed plum and moss on the finish. Really well made wine just too young recommend wait another few years or if drinking now give it at least an hour decant. I know I'm comparing apples to oranges but reminded me a lot of the 2012 Marcassin I had a month ago albeit more youthful and a bit more complex and ethereal. 94-95 now upside over the next several years.
