Monday, December 26, 2016 - This is a very good blend of 70% Ribolla Gialla, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Pinot Grigio. Having tasted all those varieties bottled by this producer individually, in this blend the Sauvignon-like qualities seem to dominate. Dry, crisp, with ripe citrus, herbs, and a savory minerality on the finish. High acidity, with unobtrusive alcohol (13%) and oak treatment. This is a really exciting wine and remarkably youthful, considering that this is the current vintage on release.
