Saturday, May 20, 2017 - Consistent with my notes from 12/26/16. Medium (+), bright yellow in color. Ripe grapefruit and white peach more prevalent on the nose. The flavors are clean and persistent through the long, slightly bitter and savory finish. This elegant beauty seems about five years younger than its vintage. It paired beautifully with broiled radicchio leaves stuffed with prosciutto, smoked mozzarella and drizzled with balsamic and olive oil.
