Saturday, April 20, 2019 - Winebar [4 Whites, 8 Reds, & 3 *shared* bottles] from 04/19/19 (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Oscar, you were SPOT on: QUITE a *treat*! :) ¡MIL gracias! :)

When I tasted, it has ≈90 min in a small tasting glass; By the time budosyu tasted, ≈5 hrs?

N: FRAGRANT cherries & vanilla with notes of tobacco [THANK you, budosyu!], leather & earth; [Smelling it @ the 5 hr mark, it (particularly the cherries) was FAR less intense.]

P: LM, poss Med, body; Very NICE, ALMOST swtish frt BEAUTIFULLY balanced by an acidity which fairly SEAMLESSLY morphs into a LONG, balanced, very, VERY slightly tangy finish with just ENOUGH very, VERY slight bitterness to encourage another sip or bite of food. LOVELY stuff for now, & should EASILY make its 25th. My EXC+; 82 pts WS (7/2008). [It looks like wine-searcher still show 1 avail @ $85.50.]
