Monday, August 7, 2017 - Consumed over 3 days and enjoyed this much better than the first bottle. I think this improves with air and should not be served too cold from the wine fridge - as the bottle was opened day 2 and 3 started to show much more depth in the flavors - rather than a lighter bodied fruit forward red - the bacon fat, smoked meats and iron flavors started to come out to play. Darn for this price - must buy more.
