Sunday, November 18, 2018 - Sources from 1905 vines, this is a bold, thick and meaty Shiraz with strong black current and cranberry notes. After close to 3 hours decanting the tannins were still quite overbearing and slightly let down by its lower acidity.
Best enjoyed with a flame grilled steak.
