Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Quite tight on opening, after two hours in the decanter started to open nicely. Nose of leather and dark fruit, main taste of stone fruit, looooong finish with a hint of sour cherry. Drinking well now, I imagine this will continue to evolve in the bottle
