Friday, January 29, 2010 - Ethereal. The layers and layers of complex red fruit was intoxicating beyond belief. The noise kept drawing me back into the glass time and time again. This wines is a baby and has many, many years ahead of it. It took about an hour to open up to show its character. The wine continued to evolved for the next 3 hours until the last drop was consumed.
