Saturday, June 9, 2007 - Yellow golden color. The nose of this wine had honey, and syrupy pears. The latex aroma that this wine had been giving off previously was not noticable - very glad that has resolved. The palate had flavors of honeyed apricots and pears. Paired very well with a peach cobbler ice cream. A nice dessert wine for a hot day.
