Thursday, October 24, 2019 - Nose of compost, pencil lead, plum, and sour cherry. Slick, velvety mouthfeel, with fine tannin and sharp acidity. Flavours of damp forest floor, black fungus, and prune: earth notes dominate fruit notes. Super-savoury, earthy, and delicious.
