Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - Tasting Group Dinner - Paella, White Burgundy, Steaks, and Bordeaux (Chris Palm's House, Minneapolis): Murky brick-red color. The palate shows high-toned, slightly stewed red fruit, sour cherry, fresh mushrooms, and a hint of funk. Nice smooth texture. Light- to medium-bodied. Medium finish. Fully mature.
