Friday, March 17, 2023 - Powerful aromatics upon popping the cork. Medium yellow color.

On PNP:
Tons of diesel and rocks and some petrichor on the nose. Bone dry. Notes of lime-adjacent citrus on the attack with some rubber. Noticeably acidic taste profile but barely any salivary response from the tongue. Almost empty midpalate. I can feel that the finish wants to be long but has little to hang on to.

Day 3:
The diesel aromatics toned down and a pleasant hint of white flowers emerged to join them. The acidic profile also rounded out and the midpalate gained some weight, with mainly some nondescript citrus, but the finish shortened. So much more drinkable now but also less memorable. Ok for an entry level wine.
