Thursday, January 4, 2018 - Very good wine and maybe the best crianza, from ribera del duero, I had so far, with one exception: Hacienda Monasterio(which is also more expensive). Great fruit, tightly wound tannins that can evolve to a softer and more plush level with time in bottle. The acidity is really bright and there are wonderful hints of dry tomatos. Together with a roasted lamb a la Castilla(only lemonjuice, water and salt) a real epiphany. I will get back to this one.
