Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Popped and poured for NYE 2023 --> 2024. No formal notes, but this was classic Bollinger: deep gold in color, with notes of biscuit, bruised apples, and pears, all coupled with a crisp mouthfeel and finish. Very nice. I’m sure a lot of the price of this wine is for the packaging, but there’s still a quality product inside. Cheers to an interesting 2024!
