Thursday, September 29, 2011 - Beautiful mature Bordeaux with medium deep but bright garnet colour with typical Margaux aromatics with cedar, leather, and animal notes along the dried fruit and sweet spice. Lively in the mouth with good structure, very satisfying depth of flavour and finish and some very refreshing and food-friendly acidity. Excellent wine, can keep for a long time still. (Drank from half-bottle with my friend Yiannis)
