Thursday, January 12, 2017 - The very pale color reflects the free run only juices used in production, hardly even straw colored it's nose has a fresh citrus backbone with stemmy/grassy undertones. Well rounded flavour with high acidity and a lingering finish, surprisingly long considering how light the flavor is. Green Thompson grapes and apricot dominate followed by a flinty mineral finish. Very nice for the price, an easy drinking wine which leaves you room to ponder before moving on.
