Thursday, January 28, 2016 - Lunch at Houston's. Cool notes of blackberry, plum, violets, and crushed granite. With time and air, hints of mulch, leather, and potting soil emerge. Balanced on the palate, with good fruit and complexity, and a persistent finish. Not bad for 10+ years.
