Sunday, December 11, 2005 - A very nice chardonnay with bacon wrapped scallops covered with a 'mild' Thai sauce. On the tongue came a very balanced flavor of butter, vanilla, and caramel. This heated up a bit after 10 seconds or so because of the Thai sauce but soon passed and left a wonderful buttered/vanilla taste. Recommended.
