Absolutely gorgeous palate, subtle pure white fruit, elegant, and weightless, perfect amount of acidity, strong matchstick/mineral and a long seamless subtle white fruit driven finish with noticeable matchstick at the end. As I recall Bob wrote that an Aubert tasted more like Montrachet than the real Montrachets. The matchstick and the freshness remind me Coche which is crazy. The is the most elegant and the best California chardonnay of my life.
