Sunday, April 22, 2018 - Nose: Big lemon oil aromas, mineral and some subtle fusile funk right after opening which was cool. Palate: Big acids with the bright lemon oil flavors. Very fresh with lots of tension. There is a mild hollow quality in the mid palate but we're talking about a Bourgogne Blanc so given that level set its a minor contention at best as this punches above its weight class. Overall a really solid wine and at $25/bottle a very solid QPR.
