Monday, April 29, 2019 - Allowed to breathe in glass one hour. Clear garnet-blood red color. Notes of red and black fruit, tobacco, beef teriyaki, anise, baking spices, forest floor. Improved a bit with air and held up fine for four days under vacuum stopper in refrigerator. Very nice.
