Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Tons of earth aromas up front, some bell pepper, old leather, blackberry, hint of black licorice. More fruit initially on the palate, mostly blackberry and black cherry, then the savory notes come through strong - coffee granules, dried herbs, sweet tobacco. Super cool. Medium complexity, medium body, medium minus tannins (super soft), medium plus acid. Even better after being open for a couple hours. Good stuff!
