Sunday, January 24, 2021 - Very clean and fresh on the nose with notes of elderflower and hay. On the palate dry and easy on the entry but not lacking acidity. Manages to be easy-going and intense at the same time. Nicely savory and tangy, very persistent and lip-smackingly tasty. A wonderful combination of freshness and richness, while being somewhat neutral in style. Pretty complete, delivering tons of drinking pleasure.
