Friday, May 14, 2021 - Much better than last bottle only drunk a few months ago and purchased from the same store at the same time.

This bottle had a lot more lift and energy with bright red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and wild berry flowing across the palate. Earthy notes along white pepper spice round out the medium long finish. The big difference from the last bottle was the acidity that was present this time, but lacked last time, making the wine feel flat.

Nonetheless, it is in the mature phase and I would recommend drinking sooner than later, drink 2021-2024.
