Monday, February 14, 2022 - Really liked this. Had with Valentine’s Day filet dinner at home. Surprisingly a bit mellow (not fruit bomb) with some added complexity. Dark fruited in the currant vein. Notes of mocha, gravelly, slight bit of mint. Tannins relatively mellow and seems in the drink me zone. Let’s call this a grown up Carter.
