Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Opened and had a glass yesterday, it was quite big and Cabby, but not caricatureishly Aussie, which is nice. Forgot to gas it, and today seems just a bit less fruity, but still youthful. Quite a load of tannin, but fine and ripe. An Aussie Cab for Bordeaux aficionados, has some savoury elements and restraint. Nice. 91 for now, but may add a point or two as it ages and gains complexity. This has at least ten years in the tank.
