Friday, November 19, 2021 - Drank over 2 days. Definitely improved with air. The nose was heavy petrol along with other, numerous notes behind the petrol. The palate was bright and youthful. My friend was stunned when I told him the year. That friend's eyes kept rolling back in his head as he smelled and tasted it. Complex, long and bright fruit along with herbal notes. Friend said it was the most substantial wine he'd had in years.

Day two was better. The petrol was gone and it was more about canned apricot. More luxurious. Really good. My score might be low. Just a great bottle.
