Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Slightly spiced with dried florals, like potpourri, a bit of brown sugar on the nose and top end. Hard candy, strawberry and a shade of chicken stock in the center. Some limestone character showing through the fine tannins still present but pleasant with good length.
