Friday, November 18, 2016 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose with some floral and apricot and salinity. Swishing shows mouth coating acidity that is mostly creamy and sipping shows polished fruit that persists for 30 secs. Not as complex or structured as the broods but Really nice and will be a perfect foil for shellfish.
