Saturday, May 9, 2009 - Bought from Oddbins, when we still had one here! Again quite smoky, but stronger, more tobacco accented than the two C9dP wines either side of it. Indeed a very intense, powerful nose. On the palate, quite mouth-filling with dense fruit, oak influence and pepper. Enjoyed this, though my preference is often for greater age in wines these days. It should age further, but no real benchmark to assess this against.
