Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Fairly generous nose with dark berries, spices and a hint of earth. Medium weight, excellent fruit quality, a bit peppery, well balanced acidity and polished tannins. All in all a classy and very pleasant wine, which went very well with grilled chicken breast served on homemade tagliatelle, aspargus and blue cheese sauce, topped with crispy chicken skin.
