Sunday, November 13, 2022 - My final bottle of this wine. Some age is starting to creep in, just a touch brown around the rim and a light cedar on the nose. Tangy, blue fruit with loam, maple, cedary cherry compote, finishing with some red apple. Still enough acid to hold the balance together and this seems like it is entering the drink window.
