Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - Deep ruby red color. Cherries and cranberries on the nose with mineral and ash. The mouthfeel was like satin with refined tannins and bright acidity. The cherry, ripe strawberry, and spice on the palate kept intensifying as time passed. After being open for 3 hours, this wine was firing on all cylinders. For $20/bt you can't beat it in Burgundy.
