Thursday, February 27, 2020 - Slow ox for two hours. Also had a 2016 MacDonald and a 2015 Scarecrow open.

This certainly stood toe to toe with some giants on this evening. I was very impressed. Black and dark purple fruit. Gravel. Long, lingering finish.

We polished off most of this before dinner. It was plenty approachable after the 2 hour slow ox.
