Sunday, January 19, 2020 - I was pleasantly surprised by this 2014 Marchand Tawse Morey Les Faconnieres, not over-extracted or over oaked as some Tawse can get too tannic sometimes. Tasted blind - A fresh bouquet of ripe berries and dark cherries. Lifted oak spices with juicy fruits, good extraction and glossy new oak toast. Good concentration. Volnay 1er Cru? 2015? (89/100)
